We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to apply for a return after receiving the product.

We do not provide exchange services. The fastest way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the items you own. If you are not satisfied with the size/color of the item, please return it to us for a refund and re-order the item in the size/color you like.
Underwear exception
Once you try on underwear or socks, we will not accept returns. Please check our size chart to ensure that the underwear you ordered fits well: measure your hips and waist, then apply this information to the chart. We will notify you after receiving and checking your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the original payment method. Keep in mind that it usually takes 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and mail the refund, and sometimes it can take up to 10 business days. Please note that customers need to pay return postage and service fees.
